Our concierge officers can offer the following duties:

  • Providing concierge or reception services;
  • Meet and greet guests in a courteous manner and issue passes if required
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Answer and assist with all external and internal queries
  • Maintain WHS & Security management systems
  • managing complaints in a diplomatically and assertive manner
